DRIVERS - use their own cars and receive 45p per mile to cover expenses. To become a driver you will need fully comprehensive insurance, a full clean driving license, a clean well maintained vehicle and have a DBS check (carried out by us, at no expense to you)
TRUSTEES - Trustees serve on our Board, which meets six times a year. The general role is to oversee the corporate governance and financial management of the charity, assist the charity with its policy and decision making, support its volunteers and promote and develop the Service. The positions are ideal for business professionals who have limited time available and wish to carry out a valuable role in the community, but anyone with a degree of common sense and sense of humour is welcome to apply.
