If you want to give something back to your community one of our volunteer roles could be for you.

DRIVERS - use their own cars and receive 45p per mile to cover expenses. To become a driver you will need fully comprehensive insurance, a full clean driving license, a clean well maintained vehicle and have a DBS check (carried out by us, at no expense to you)

OFFICE STAFF - if you have experience in office work or dealing with customers, then helping out in our office may be for you. Based at the Len Medlock Centre in Boston, near the bus station, our office is open between 9.00am and 2.00pm weekdays. Even if you can only manage a couple of hours a week we will be pleased to hear from you.

FUND RAISERS - if you own small business, work in a larger company or are an individual, and would like to help out by raising funds or raising awareness we will be pleased to hear from you. It may be a Christmas raffle, a cake stall or just taking a poster and some leaflets. All help would be appreciated.

TRUSTEES - Trustees serve on our Board, which meets six times a year. The general role is to oversee the corporate governance and financial management of the charity, assist the charity with its policy and decision making, support its volunteers and promote and develop the Service. The positions are ideal for business professionals who have limited time available and wish to carry out a valuable role in the community, but anyone with a degree of common sense and sense of humour is welcome to apply.

If you have a few hours each week to spare and would like a new challenge please call 01205 360183 or email office@bostonct.org.uk for more information. We would love to hear from you.
